The Office of the Vice President for Research is re-activating quarterly meetings for discussion of topics related to grants and contracts at Clemson University. The first quarterly meeting for FY15 is scheduled for Thursday, July 10 from 8:45 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. in Room 118 of the Academic Success Center.
Dates of future meetings are Oct. 21, Jan. 20, 2015, and March 17, 2015 at the same time and location. The forum is geared for anyone at Clemson University who is involved with the submission, management and administration of grants and contracts.
Topics scheduled for discussion at the July 10 event include the rollout of the InfoEd electronic proposal submission system, an update on how Clemson University is preparing for the implementation of new federal regulations governing grants administration, and guidance in the use of Participant Support and Honoraria in grant budgets.
