Julianne Shea Collins, 42, of Calhoun Falls, wife of Bryan Wesson, passed away Friday, Sept. 23, at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood. Collins was a researcher at the Greenwood Genetics Center and served as an adjunct faculty member in the department of genetics and biochemistry since 2002.

Thomas Ross Smith, 76, of Seneca, died Sunday, Sept. 11. Smith worked at Clemson as a mechanic in agricultural support for 20 years before retiring in 1998. From 1998 to 2010, he continued part-time work at Clemson as a mechanic in the same department.
